Shipping & Returns

Non-custom orders usually ship in 2-3 business days.

Turnaround on custom orders varies, and will be confirmed at time of order.

We generally ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

To keep shipping costs reasonable, orders of 1-3 cards ship via USPS First Class Mail without tracking. If you need tracking, please select Priority Mail at checkout!

So you may have noticed that USPS is struggling right now (I'm building a trebuchet to fire Postmaster DeJoy straight into the sun, order more cards to help me fund it).

If tracking is available on your order, that number will be in the shipping confirmation email. Orders of 1-3 cards ship WITHOUT tracking, so you aren't paying more for shipping than for the card.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or cancelled after approval of digital proof.

Orders of standard items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must arrive unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.

If your items are damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days to initiate refund or replacement. We request that you send pictures of the damaged item(s) and shipping material.

Privacy & Cookies

Short Version:We don't sell your data. We collect only what we need to process your order, provide support, and make the site function. We use Google Analytics to help figure out how folks are getting to the site and if we're using any advertising $$$ effectively. If you opt in, we will occasionally send you an email about sales, new products, or events.

We DO NOT use Facebook Pixel or retargeting ads. That stuff creeps us out.
